PLACE REGULATION
of the site Naturcamping Lüneburger Heide, 29614 Soltau

 

1. area of application
All permanent guests, guests and visitors are subject to the site regulations. The Ordinance on Campsites, Weekend Sites and Weekend Homes of the State of Lower Saxony, as amended from time to time, is an integral part of the site regulations.

2. visitors
Only the parties to the lease agreement and their underage children are entitled to use the respective pitch and the communal facilities. All other persons are considered visitors who must register at the reception before entering the Naturcamping Lüneburger Heide. Visitors have to pay the fees for day visitors and overnight stays announced at the reception. The leaseholders are responsible for proper registration. They are liable for the payment of the visitor fee.

3. quiet hours
Noon rest is from 12:00 to 13:00, night rest is from 23:00 to 06:00. Noise disturbing the peace must be avoided during the quiet hours. This applies in particular to music players and televisions.

3.1 Barrier opening hours
Barrier opening hours are daily from 8:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 23:00.

4. parking spaces
The pitches may only be used for the contractual purpose. Attachments to mobile homes, caravans and tents that are fixed to the ground are prohibited. Only caravans, folding trailers and motorised residential vehicles which are mobile at all times and are of such a nature that they can be admitted to traffic on public roads at any time are considered to be caravans. The enlargement of awnings and the covering of caravans with plastic tarpaulins or other covers is not permitted. A minimum distance of 2.50m to the plot boundary must be maintained for fire safety reasons. The pitch must be completely cleared and put in order by the camper before his departure and/or abandonment of the pitch and any waste must be disposed of.

5. car and bicycle traffic
Road traffic regulations apply throughout the campsite. Only walking speed is allowed in order not to endanger people and especially children. A maximum speed of 10 km/h may not be exceeded. Driving on the campsite is limited to arrival and departure. Car use within the campsite for shopping, fetching gas and water etc. is prohibited even in bad weather. Cars ́s may only be parked on the rented parking spaces and the large car park in front of the entrance area. Car washing and repair work are prohibited.

6. common facilities
All facilities are to be treated with care and consideration. Any damage must be reported immediately to the reception. The use of children's playgrounds is reserved exclusively for children. Parents are responsible for their children and must fulfil their supervisory duties on playgrounds and at the bathing lake. The use of all facilities is at your own risk. The campsite operator is only liable for intent and gross negligence.

7. waste
Depending on the type of waste produced, the containers provided for this purpose are to be used. The disposal of hazardous waste, bulky waste and garden waste on the site is not permitted.

8. drinking water and waste water
Drinking water is to be used sparingly. Washrooms and showers are for personal hygiene. Animals are not allowed in the sanitary buildings. Children are not allowed to play at water taps. Waste water must be discharged into the sewage system. Toilet buckets, chemicals and food waste are to be disposed of at the separately marked places.

9 Smoking and open fires
The building of open fires is prohibited. Smoking and barbecuing outdoors is prohibited during special dry periods.

10. landscape protection
The planting of plants of other species and the removal of existing planting is only permitted after consultation with the site administration. The same applies to the removal of parts of plants and tree branches.

11. gas installations
The use and storage of liquid gas bottles over 11 kilograms must be approved by the campsite administration. Gas installations have to be checked by an expert (fire protection officer of the district) every 2 years. A certificate is to be issued on the result of the inspection and a copy is to be handed over to the campsite administration for inspection without being asked.

12. lost property
Lost property must be handed in at reception.

13 Commercial activities
It is prohibited to carry out commercial activities on the Naturcamping Lüneburger Heide or from the Naturcamping Lüneburger Heide. The rental of plots and their superstructures on the Naturcamping Lüneburger Heide is excluded.

14. dogs
Dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times.

15 Liability
The liability of the campsite operator for the condition of the campsite including all facilities is limited to intent and gross negligence.

16. instruction
The instructions of the campsite staff must be followed. The campsite management is entitled to refuse admission to persons or to expel them from the campsite. In the event of immediate expulsion due to gross violations of these campsite regulations, the user fees incurred up to this point must be paid.
