The balance is due 21 days before arrival and should be transferred to the account indicated.

Arrival is possible from 14:00. Please note the opening hours when you arrive. Please understand that we do not allow vehicles to enter or leave our campsite during the midday rest period. If you arrive after 8.00 p.m., please contact us. Departure from the campsite must be by 11 am. If the plot is available, an "early-check-in" between 08:00 and 11:00 or a "late-check-out" until 18:00 is possible at an extra charge of 10 Euros.

For pitch bookings and camping barrels, there is no minimum length of stay, with a few exceptions (Premium Lake and Premium). Transients are welcome at the campsite. For the other accommodations there is a minimum stay of 2-4 days. For more information, please visit the website.

The night rest is valid from 23:00 to 06:00 o'clock.

The noon rest period is from 12:00 to 14:00. During this time, no vehicles can leave or enter the premises.

At the campsites you can pay in cash, with credit card or also with EC card.

The campsite has standard German "grey" gas bottles (5 kg or 11 kg) available for exchange. You can get the gas bottles at the reception.

Each pitch has electricity access, except for the camping meadow. Remember to bring an extension cable and a Euro plug.

A one-time rubbish fee of EUR 3.00 is due upon arrival.

The campsite has a kitchen. There are plenty of washing-up places for the self-catering guests. Our seasonal gastronomy offers a range of meals.

All water points are drinking water. These are distributed throughout the campsite and some are located directly at the pitch.

Wifi is available on the pitches and at reception.

Dogs are welcome on our campsite. An additional fee will be charged for your dogs during the booking process. We have designated pitches and accommodation that can be booked with a dog. Please remember that your dog must be kept on a lead on the campsite. There are wooded areas in the immediate vicinity for defecation. Please collect the excrement after defecating.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in our bathing lake!

Only gas or electric powered barbecues are permitted on the pitches.

We offer a bread service every day (except public holidays). a bread roll service. If you order the evening before, you can pick up your baked goods at the reception the next morning.

There are two self-service machines at the entrance area. There our guests will find regional products as well as snacks and drinks. Payment is possible in cash and by card.

Bed linen is already provided in the chalets and tiny houses. In the camping barrels and in the "Heidjerhütten", you must bring your own bed linen. Towels can be booked for a fee.

A modern waste disposal station is available at the campsite. Transients can also use this for a fee.

Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for a fee.

You can play table tennis, volleyball or football at the campsite. The campsite is located in the middle of the Heide region and offers numerous cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

All pitches are on a grassed area.

At night our forecourt with electricity is at your disposal.
